Guest Review Awards 2018

We are pleased to share with you the good news of the coming year. At the end of 2018, Willing Hotel has been honored with the 2018 Guest Review Awards from Booking.com.

Since 2011, Booking.com has been awarding the best hotels around the world with Guest Review Awards. This year, the award was traditionally granted to partners who provide hotel services to tourists on a regular basis.

In 2018, 759,845 accommodations from 219 countries were among the award winners.

Winners are determined based on feedback only from guests who actually stayed at the facility. After their departure, they can rate the quality of services provided in six categories: cleanliness, comfort, location, amenities, staff, and value for money.
