The following categories of rooms are available for accommodation of guests with pets*:

— classic single room;

— classic double room with queen size bed;

— classic double room with two separate beds.

Please note that a maximum of one pet is allowed per room.

*Pets are not allowed in the rooms of the categories "Studio", "Studio Premium", "Lux" and "Apartments".

For the comfort of all guests, the hotel is only allowed to accommodate cats and dogs weighing up to 5 kg, as well as birds and small rodents.

The cost of accommodation with a pet is 65 BYN per day. Payment is due prior to arrival.

Upon check-in, you will need a veterinary passport or a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations. (The certificate must be issued no more than a week before the intended arrival, while the date of vaccination against rabies must be at least 30 days and not more than 12 months before arrival.)

Before booking or checking in, the guest is obliged to notify about staying with an animal and provide information about the pet to the hotel (breed, age, size, weight and other characteristics), and also find out if there are currently any special conditions for its placement.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse the Guest staying with a pet in the further provision of hotel services in case of violation of these Rules, and also to determine whether a particular pet is allowed to stay in the room.
