Non-guaranteed reservations offer the storage of reservations for rooms until 19:00 on the day of arrival.
A guaranteed reservation saves the reservation for the room for the entire period specified when booking within 1 day until 12.00.
Attention! In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, the Hotel will charge a penalty in the amount of 100% of the cost of the first night without breakfast and cancel the reservation.
For non-refundable rates, free cancellation is not possible.
Individuals fill out an application form for booking a room online on the Hotel's website. In the application, the main fields are filled in and payment is made.

After making a payment with a bank card, please save the received card checks (payment confirmation) for reconciliation with the statement from the card account, in order to confirm the operation in case of disputes.
By making a reservation on the official website of the Hotel, the Guest accepts and agrees with the order cancellation procedure, the conditions in force in case of no-show of the Guest.
Please note that some rates and special offers cannot be canceled or changed and will be non-refundable!
If a booking is canceled on the official website willinghotel.by, a refund is made within the specified time frame to the card from which the payment was made.
In case of late cancellation of the order (less than 24 hours before the date of arrival) or no-show of the Guest, the Hotel has the right to impose penalties on the Guest in accordance with the terms (promotions and special offers) of the agreement.
The hotel is not responsible for cancellations made orally.
In case of a refund, the actual crediting of funds to the Guest's bank card account may take up to 30 days, depending on the terms and conditions, interbank processing centers and banks participating in this operation. Refunds are made to the same card from which the payment was made.
The guest makes the cancellation of the reservation independently by clicking on the "Cancellation of reservation" link in the voucher, or by notifying the hotel about the cancellation of his reservation by a letter sent to the official email address of the Hotel's reservation department reservation@willinghotel.by
Only a written request is deemed to be a documented cancellation request. The hotel is not responsible for cancellations made orally.
