Transfer Service for Willing Hotel Guests

Willing Hotel is pleased to offer a convenient transfer service for our guests. We will gladly arrange your airport or railway station pick-up, as well as transportation from the hotel to the airport or station.

Payment is made directly to the driver, either in cash (Belarusian rubles) or by bank card. Please contact our reservation specialist for current transfer rates to Minsk National Airport (Minsk-2) and the railway/bus station.

To arrange a transfer, please provide the following information:

– travel date;
– pick-up location;
– arrival time (flight/train/bus arrival time);
– flight number (or train/carriage number);
– passenger’s full name and phone number;
– name and phone number of the person responsible for the booking;
– whether a payment terminal in the vehicle is required (for card payments);
– whether non-cash payment/invoice payment is required.

Please note:
• Guests are greeted with a personalized name sign.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in every vehicle.
