Transfer for Willing Hotel guests

Willing Hotel offers its guests a transfer service. We are happy to take your order and arrange a pick-up trip to the airport or train station. We can also organize a trip from the hotel to the airport or train station.

You can order a transfer by phone at +375 29 336 90 16 or by e-mail at reservation@willinghotel.by.

The payment can be made at the reception or directly to the driver in cash in Belarusian roubles or by card. For transfer price to National Airport Minsk-2 and railway/auto station please contact our reservation specialist. 

To book a transfer, you need to provide the following data:

• date of travel;
• the place of car arrival; 
• time of arrival (of a plane/train/bus); 
• flight number (number of train, carriage); 
• passenger's name and phone number; 
• name and phone number of the person responsible for the request;
• availability of a credit card reader in the car (when paying by bank card);
• need to pay by bank transfer. 

Note:

• A driver will meet you with a placard.
• Each car has free Wi-Fi.
