It is perfect for exhibitions, business conferences, presentations, fashion shows, as well as buffet tables, concerts, workshops, and other events. The panoramic windows overlook Lenin Street and the park along the Svisloch River. It has an additional separate entrance from Lenin Street. Seating capacity varies depending on your preferred seating arrangement.

Briefing Space is a modern 125 m² loft-style venue designed for conferences, business meetings, workshops, lectures, presentations, and intimate events for up to 80 guests. Located on the fifth floor of the business center, Briefing Space features a separate entrance, ensuring comfort, privacy, and convenience for both guests and event organizers. Its minimalist interior, abundant natural light, and flexible layout make it easy to adapt the venue to various formats — from business negotiations and training sessions to creative gatherings and bespoke events.

Meeting room "Dialog" with a panoramic window and an area of 27 sq. M. The capacity of the hall is up to 14 people at a large "round table". Equipped with air conditioning, modern office equipment and ergonomic furniture.
